Air Sparge Trailers

Fliteway maintains a fleet of enclosed air sparge trailers (RS4000 series), each built around an oil-injected rotary screw air compressor with refrigerated air drying, receiver tank, and a multi-port sparge manifold with individual flow meters and pressure regulation per well. Units are fully piped, wired, and tested before deployment, with PLC control panels supporting remote monitoring. Several units in the series were built to the same specification, so multi-trailer deployments can be supported from stock.

Fourteen trailers in the RS4000 series — twelve air sparge units in 25 HP and 40 HP configurations plus two dedicated compressor trailers.
